Pursuant to Paragraph A.12 in the Loan Contract, the <br />District must have insurance in the (minimum) limits described. The insurance <br />District can fax the certificate to me at 303-894-2578. No loan funds can be <br />disbursed until the District has provided proof of insurance. <br />6. Time for completion. The time for completion (Project Summary, Section 11, <br />Appendix 1) has been set at 2 years. Let me know if you think that will not be <br />enough time, and we can change that time frame. It is better to ovE:restimate than <br />underestimate (in which case we have to amend the contract). <br />As soon as we are satisfied with the contract language and fill ire any missing <br />information (highlighted with yellow), I will provide a set of documents for signature. <br />Once the District returns the executed contract documents, it takes approximately five <br />to ten working days to get the contract completed at which time the loan funds will be <br />available.
