A meeting with the Army Corps will be held to determine final permitting
requirements once the Town completes a field evaluation in the month of October 2002.

Institutional Considerations

Entities that are, or may be involved in the design, construction, and financing of the
project include:

Town of Kremmling; Financing and project management.
RTW Engineers; Design and project management
Applegate Group; Permitting and water rights

8
