The District is in the process of expanding its dual water system to serve up to
1500 additional homes. The Poudre Tech Metropolitan District was formed in 1994
under Colorado's Special District Act. It has the power to construct and operate facilities,
levy taxes, and issue debt subject to the provisions of TABOR. The District has
completed the feasibility study. Project funding will come from a $2.18 million loan from
the GWCB, and the remainder from the District.

r

Location Map
5
