Please see the attached project summary and
map.

Back2round
The Greeley and Loveland Irrigation Company has submitted a completed feasibility study
by ECI of Englewood for a comprehensive program of rehabilitation projects to the
Company's water supply system. The feasibility study was done in the last year with the
assistance ofa Construction Fund loan of $23,400 and a Small Dam site grant of$10,000.

The feasibility study identified several million dollars in projects to rehabilitate and
improve dams, check structures, and canals in the Company's system. The company has
selected the Equalizer Dam project as the highest priority for immediate funding due to the
lack of a spillway and increasing urban development below the dam.

Proiect Soonsor __
The Greeley and Loveland Irrigation Company (Company) and the Seven Lakes Irrigation
Company own and operate an extensive system of reservoirs and canals as shown on the
attached map. Water is used primarily for the irrigation of 18,000 acres of agricultural
lands in Larimer and Weld counties with some municipal water use by the City of Greeley.

-'"",-
