The boards of directors of the Weld County Tri-Area Sanitation District and the <br />Stormwater Enterprise Fund will adopt a resolution approving a stormwater impact <br />fee and, if needed an increase in service charges sufficient to pay all debt service and <br />operating costs of the Stormwater Enterprise Fund. <br /> <br />Please coordinate with Jan Illian of this office on all matters related to contracting. She <br />will be responsible for drafting and processing of contract documents. No funds may be <br />disbursed until a fully executed contract is in place. <br /> <br />Tim Feehan of this office will be responsible for reviewing the project plans and <br />specifications and for all matters related to project construction including approval of <br />design and construction payments. Please coordinate with him on project design and <br />.
