<br />CENTRAL WELD COUNTY VV A TER DISTRICT <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE DISTRICT MANAGER TO BORROW THE <br />APPROVED FUNDS FROM THE COLORADO WATER CONSERVATION BOARD <br />FOR THE DRY CREEK RESERVOIR PROJECT. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of Central Weld County Water District has appointed the <br />District Manager the authority to borrow the approved funds from the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board on behalf of the District for the Dry Creek Reservoir project. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS of the <br />CENTRAL WELD COUNTY WATER DISTRICT, WELD COUNTY, COLORADO: <br /> <br />that the District Manager of Central Weld County Wate:r District be authorized to borrow the <br />approved funds from the Colorado Water Conservation Board on behalf of the District for the <br />Dry Creek Reservoir project. <br /> <br />ADOPTED, this 29th day of September , AD, 2005. <br /> <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />~~/AJ rGJ~ <br /> <br />~ Park, Secretary-Treasurer <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />Appendix 3 to Loan Contract C150209 <br />
