The Town's existing water system cannot meet demand, and a supplemental <br />water supply is needed. The Town of Kremmling is a Colorado municipality with th49 <br />power to acquire water rights, construct and operate facilities, levy taxes, and iSSUl9 debt <br />subject to the provisions of TABOR.
