The loan is for the Town ofKremm1ing's Raw Water Delivery Project. <br /> <br />The Board approved an increase of $689,750 from the 2004 Construction Fund, for a new total <br />amended loan amount of$1,689,750. The loan will be at an interest rate of 4.25% for 30-years. I have <br />attached a copy of the updated Board memo concerning the Town of Kremmling's request. Please refer <br />to page 6 of that memo and to the Section "Action taken by the CWCB on May 25, 2004". <br /> <br />The Board's approval was based on the Town meeting the following conditions. <br /> <br />1. An approved contract must be in-place before loan funds can be advanced. J an lllian with <br />our office will be contacting you to initiate this process in the near future.
