Therefore, based on average monthly flow rates at <br />Leroux Creek (shown in Table 5) if all of the decreed rights are claimed, there would not be any <br />water available for transfer to a storage reservoir. Further analysis indicated that decreed water <br />rights totaling 355 cfs (monthly average of21,500 acre-feet) are senior to the conditional water <br />ri t hel th~Conservanc Dtsftirr(GMWCD). As indicated in Table 7 <br />this value is exceeded in only a few months (8 percent of the time) between the years of 1970 <br />and 2001 based on the average monthly flow rates at eroux Creek Therefore, based on <br />decreed water rights and average monthly inflow rates in Leroux Creek only, 1QQ0 acre-feet o( ~() <br />water will be available for transfer if all of the decreed ri~hts senior to the GMWCD are claimed. <br /> <br /> <br />-10- <br />
