<br />ARTICLE V <br /> <br />Pur,pQ.H <br /> <br />The purposes tor which this corporation is organized and the <br />nature of the business to be carried on by it are as follows: <br /> <br />A. For all lawful purpose. relating to the enhancement <br />of aqricultural purposes and the delivery of water to its members <br />for non-profit. <br /> <br />B. The corporation may have one or aore classes of <br />membership as established by the By-laws of the corporation, and <br />may issue certificates of lIleJIbership. The corporation, through its <br />Board ot Direotors, ..y establish in its ~-l.WB initiation fees <br />and/or charqes, membership dues, assesDlent., special assessments, <br />fines and penalties, transfer tee and related charges to its <br />members. The corporation shall have all powers and authority as <br />established by the laws ot the St.at. of Colorado for non-prOfit <br />corporations. <br /> <br />C.
