Easements and Oth.,r Publlo P!aceI. The <br />Oi&tribution System shall be located so as to cause minimum Interference with the public <br />use of streets, Alleys. Easements and Other Public Places, and shall be maintained In <br />good repair and condition. If the District uses the Line to serve the Distribution System, <br />any modlfleatJon required to the Line shall be the fltlponsibility of the District.
