by the Board of Directors, or any two stockholders, and

provided further that public notice of the time and place of

holding such meeting shall be given in the manner provided

by Section 1 hereof, and provided further, that if a majority

of the stock be not represented at the meeting so called,

the same may be adjourned by the stockholders present for a

period not exceeding sixty days.

Sec. 3. Special meetings of the stockholders of this

company may be called by the Board of Directors, by resolution

passed at any neeting thereof, or upon written request of

stockholders of the company representing one-third of all

its stock then issued or subscribed for, provided that

written or printed notice of such meeting shall be given to

each and every stockholder, either personally or by mailing

such notice to the last known postoffice address of such

stockholder.

Sec. 4. At all meetings of the stockholders the

majority of the shares of stock of the company must be

represented, either in person or by proxy, in order to

transact any business.

Stockholders
The stockholders of this con~any shall be limited and
confined to those persons and bodies corporate only, and
their successors and interest, who have acquired water
rights in the Johnson and Edwards Ditch Company and it's
branches for irrigation and domestic purposes incidental
thereto by purchase form, and grant and license of the
owners of the Johnson and Edwards Ditch Company. Such
stockholders shall only be entitled to the stock of this

company upon executing and delivE~ring proper transfers of

the Johnson and Edwards Ditch Company water rights to this
company.
