In the event that snow conditions or other acts of God preclude operation <br /> <br />of the Project works, the a~orementioned period time will be altered as required. <br /> <br />Domes tic or stock water may be delivered after October 15 and will be credited against <br /> <br />next year's supply providing the recipient stands all losses ~rom the point of diver- <br /> <br />sion when his lateral is not delivering at least 5 cubic feet of water per second o~ <br /> <br />time. &~y irrigation water not called for by the water users and which remains in the <br /> <br />reservoir after October 15 of any year will revert to the District's water supply. <br /> <br />4. Diversion, carriage and delivery of water. Project irrigation water shall be de- <br /> <br />livered through turnout s to be installed in the Pump Canal, Davie Ditch and Drk Elk <br /> <br />Valley Lateral through existing diversion works of ditch companies or individual <br /> <br />_itches on natural'stream channels. Project irrigation water shall be measured by <br /> <br />devices installed, maintained and operated at all turnouts. As a part of the Project <br /> <br />works, adequated turnouts will be installed for each company or property owner served <br /> <br />directly from the said canals. Relocatio n of any turnout or additional turnouts re- <br /> <br />quested by a water user vull be installed at the expense of the user, with the same <br /> <br />policy applying to associated measuring devices. Any additional devices required by <br /> <br />the companies, individual users or State Engineer beyond those constructed as a part <br /> <br />of the Project, shall be the responsibility and at the expense of the user. <br /> <br />5. Proration of carriage losses. Water conveyance losses to all ditch turnouts above <br />, ( <br /> <br />referred to shall be prorated among all users, except those entitled to exchange or <br /> <br />replacenent of water. Beyond the points of turnout, all conveyance losses will be <br /> <br />1.-"rne by the individual water user. <br />
