Applicant shall install appropriate measuring and recording devices, as required by the Division <br />Engineer, in order to adequately administer the subject water rights. <br /> <br />2. Applicant shall institute a daily accounting system recorded in the format similar to that attached <br />hereto as Appendix D, or such other appropriate fomlat acceptable to the Water Commissioner, <br />the Division Engineer for Water Division No.1 and parties to this proceeding. <br /> <br />3. The subject water rights shall be diverted from the Big Thompson River only during the periods <br />when the water was historically diverted. <br /> <br />4. The applicant's municipal consumptive use of the subject water rights shall not exceed the <br />historical consumptive use of the subject water rights over an appropriate time period to be <br />dete!:.,mined by the water court. <br /> <br />5. The court shall maintain retained jurisdiction over the: question of injury to the vested water <br />rights of others for a period of five years from the date of the decree. <br /> <br />-19- <br />
