This compares to 1..51 AF per share of direct flow diversions <br />used in the City of Loveland's transfer case. The difference is deliveries from storage under the <br />Home Supply Ditch. For the period from 1951-1974, the Home Supply Ditch delivered 6.78 AF of <br />additional system yield for every acre foot it diverted undl~r its direct flow decrees. Deliveries under <br />the Home Supply system are really reservoir deliveries which will support optimum delivery of water <br />to the crops, and are better represented by an irrigation efficiency of 65 percent. <br /> <br />Based upon the town of Johnstown's ownership of 6.25 shares of Home Supply Ditch, an evaluation <br />was conducted of the consumptive use of this water for a 1typical water delivery year, 1982, using the <br />irrigated acreage shown in Figure 5, and a crop mixture of: <br /> <br />-14- <br />
