Subsequently, in Case No.
6952, by decree dated November 24, 1914, the Town changed the use of 1.0 cfs of said priority of
the Big Thompson Ditch from irrigation to municipal and domestic use.

The remaining 0.89 cfs has been used through the Horne Supply Ditch and for municipal purposes
since 1927. The current change request will allow the Town to formalize the use of this 0.89 cfs to
either direct flow or storage and for municipal purposes.

Big Thompson Ditch and Manufacturing Co.

As summarized previously, the Town owns 10.01 cfs of priorities 2, 4, and 10.5 and 20. The decree
in Case No. 8795 (8~-1928) allowed the Town to transfer 1.333 shares of capital stock of the Big
Thompson Ditch and Manufacturing Company (4.01 cfs) from that ditch's headgate to the Horne
Supply Ditch and into the Town's ditch and reservoir and distribution system for domestic, irrigation
and general municipal use.

The remaining 6.0 cfs (two shares) was changed to the Horne Supply Ditch pursuant to the decree in
Case No. 6831 dated March 23, 1914. These shares have been used by the Town for municipal
purposes since 1928. The current change request will allow the Town to formalize this use of its 6.0
cfs to either direct flow or storage and for municipal purposes.

-6-
