I <br /> <br />Based on a current EI Paso County population equivalent of 457,000, the per <br />capita water usage is approximately 175 gpcd. i <br />I <br />The current annual and per capita water demands of EI Pas~ County water <br />providers appear to be within typically accepted valu<~s for simil~r areas of North <br />America and the western United States. ! <br />I <br />, <br />I <br />Peak day water demands average 2.6 times the average day demand; whereas, <br />I <br />peak week water demands average 2.3 times the average week demand. <br />I <br />, <br />I <br />Future annual water demands for EI Paso County in the year 2020 will be <br />approximately 163,300 ac-ft with the CSU and 32,3001 ac-ft witho~t the CSU. <br /> <br />The year 2020 County-wide annual water demand includes apprbximatelY 2,240 <br />ac-ft per year for individual well users in EI Paso County. ! <br />I <br />The distribution of annual water demands for thc;~ 20-year planning horizon <br />through the year 2020 is non-linear, with larger year-to-year inc~eases in annual <br />I <br />water demand between the years 2000 and 2010 and smaller ye~r-to-year annual <br />water demands between the years 2010 and 2020.
