Although the subject of this determination is shown on the National Flood Insurance Program map as being located in a
community other than the community indicated on the Determination/Comment Document, it has been annexed by the
community referenced therein.

REVISED BY LETTER OF MAP REVISION (This Additional Consideration applies to the preceding 4 Properties.)

The effective National Flood Insurance Program map for the subject property, has since been revised by a Letter of Map
Revision (LOMR) dated 10/7/2004. The 10/7/2004, LOMR has been used in making the determination/comment for the
subject property.

INTERVENING HIGH GROUND - FILL PLACED (This Additional Consideration applies to the preceding 4 Properties.)

Although the subject of the determination was below the elevation of the flood having a 1-percent chance of being equaled or
exceeded in any given year (base flood) prior to fill placement, it is outside the Special Flood Hazard Area because of
intervening high ground. Intervening high ground is natural high ground that exists between a property and/or structure and
the flooding source, providing the property and/or structure protection against inundation from the base flood.
