C. 20472 <br /> <br />LETTER OF MAP AMENDMENT <br />DETERMINATION DOCUMENT (NON-REMOVAL) <br />A TT ACHMENT 1 (ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS) <br /> <br />REVISED BY LETTER OF MAP REVISION (This Additional Consideration applies to the preceding 1 Property.) <br /> <br />The effective National Flood Insurance Program map for the subject property, has since been revised by a Letter of Map <br />Revision (LOMR) dated 10/12/1999, The 10/12/1999, LOMR has been used in making the determination/comment for the <br />subject property. <br /> <br />ZONE A (This Additional Consideration applies to the preceding 1 Property.) <br /> <br />The NFIP map affecting this property depicts an SFHA that was determined using the best flood hazard data available to <br />FEMA, but without performing a detailed engineering analysis. The flood elevation used to make this determination is based <br />on approximate methods and has not been formalized through the standard process for establishing base flood elevations <br />published in the Flood Insurance Study.
