Water Delivery to Mexico at the Land Boundary near San Luis, <br />Sonora <br /> <br />The flow rate for the delivery of Colorado River water at the land boundary near San Luis is <br />discussed in the Mexican Water Treaty of 1944. Article 15, Schedule I of the treaty states in <br />part: <br /> <br />"Should deliveries of water be made at a point on the land boundary near San <br />Luis, Sonora, as provided in Article 11, such deliveries shall be made under a <br />sub-schedule to be formulated and furnished by the Mexican Section [IBWC]. <br />The quantities and monthly rates of deliveries under such sub-schedule shall be <br />in proportion to those specified for Schedule I, unless otherwise agreed upon <br />by the [IBWC] Commission." <br /> <br />Article 15, Schedule II, paragraph B of the treaty states in part: <br /> <br />28 <br />
