Using the information submitted and the effective National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) map, we determined the portions of
property are not located in the SFHA, an area inundated by the flood having a i-percent chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year (base flood).
This document revises the effective NFIP map to remove the portions of property from the SFHA; therefore, the federal mandatory flood insurance
requirement does not apply. However, the lender has the option to continue the flood insurance requirement to protect its financial risk on the loan. A
Preferred Risk Policy (PRP) is available for buildings located outside the SFHA. Information about the PRP and how one can apply is enclosed.

COMMUNITY

COMMUNITY NO: 080059

NUMBER: 08041C0744F

MAP PANEL
AFFECTED

NAME: EL PASO COUNTY,
COLORADO AND
INCORPORATED AREAS

DATE: 03117/1997.

FLOODING SOURCE: FOUNTAIN CREEK

LOT

BLOCK!
SECTION

SUBDIVISION

STREET

The legal description of the portion mentioned above is as follows:

COMMENCING at the most easterly corner of the Commercial Area; thence S
63037'00" W, 23.35 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S 25042'33"
W, 21.92 feet; thence S 13004'28" W, 36.47 feet; thence southwesterly along a
tangential curve concave to the northwest, curve having a central angle of
48005' 42", a radius of 50 feet for an arc length of 41.97 feet; thence S
63022'48" W, tangent to curve 25.10 fee:t; thence northwesterly along a non-
tangential curve concave to the southwest, curve having a central along of
34046'24", a radius of 240 feet for an arl; length of 145.66 feet (the chord of
curve bears N 53047'19" W, 143.43 feet to a oint of reverse curve;
APPROXIMATE LATITUDE & LONGITUDE: 38.775, -104.780
SOURCE OF LAT & LONG: PRECISION MAPPING STREETS 4.0 DATUM: NAD 83

DETERMINATION

LOWEST
LOT ELEVATION
(NGVD 29)

This determination is based on the flood data presently available.
