Nonconsumptive Needs Assessment Work Group <br />December 17, 2007 <br />10:00 a.m. -1:30 p.m. <br />Glenwood Springs Community Center <br />Glenwood Springs, CO <br />Meetin~ Summary <br />Rick Brown welcomed the work group, provided a brief background on the meeting and <br />discussed an overview of the needs assessment process that each Roundtable is <br />completing. Comments and questions received throughout the meeting were recorded and <br />are included in the meeting notes below. The summary is not intended to be a verbatim <br />account and answers to the questions are not always summarized here. The purpose of the <br />summary is to provide an overview of the process and the general tenure of the meeting. <br />A~ <br />Purpose of the Meeting: <br />Present and discuss status of Roundtables efforts to identify additional attributes and their <br />prioritization process and status. Present and discuss technical information regarding <br />quantification techniques that Basin Roundtables can consider for use in completing their <br />Nonconsumptive Needs Assessments.
