Timeline Grants will be accepted throughout the year and reviewed in a process that can take up to six months. From the date of application, CWCB staff review and evaluation will normally take 120 days. At a subsequent regular or special CWCB Board meeting, the Board will take action on a final funding determination. Contracting normally takes four to six weeks. While exceptions to this schedule will be considered on a case-by-case basis, applicants are encouraged to allow sufficient time for review and contracting.
