Contacted our hired meteorologist (John Henz of HDR Engineering) to obtain further <br />information about the possibility of rainstorms and flash floods in Colorado. John will post <br />an updated flood outlook that will be made available on the CWCB website. More flooding <br />likely between now and September due to Monsoon moisture flowing through the State. <br />Began the process of convening the Colorado Flood Task Force for a meeting to be held in <br />the next few weeks- The purpose of the meeting is to recap recent flooding and lessons <br />learned, as well as discuss flooding potential for the remainder of the water year. <br />
