<br />COLORADO SPRINGS UTILITIES' 2008-2012 WATER CONSERVATION PLAN <br /> <br />Statewide Water Supply Initiative (SWSI) Levels <br /> <br />Springs Utilities' current water conservation program is between a Level II (Basic) and a Level <br />III (Moderate), per the SWSI conservation matrix.
