<br /> <br /> <br />PREFACE <br />Pursuant to Section 37-~0-~22~b} of the C.R.S. the Colorado VUater Conservation <br />Board ~~~NCB} is required to submxt a repor~ by January 15th of each year to the <br />Co~orado Genera~ Assembly describing the basis for all Construc~ion Fund and Severance <br />Tax Trust Fund Perpetual Base Account loans authorized by the CWCB under <br />$10,0~Q,4~0. This report fulfills the CWCB repor~ing obligations for those small project <br />loans fox calendar year 2007. <br />The report inc~udes a summary spreadsheet iden~ifying each ?oan approval date, <br />the project sponsor or borrower, the project name, the loan amount, and ~he name of the <br />County and river basin where the praj ect is ~ocated. There were 13 loan proj ects under <br />$1 Q mi~lion approved by the CWCB in calendar year 20D7. The Board a~so approved <br />~oan amount increases to 2 previously approved proj ects.
