<br />David Allen, Utilities Director, City of Northglenn <br />Mr. Allen has a BS in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University and a MS in <br />Civil Engineering from University of Southern California. Mr. Allen manages and <br />directs the City of Northglenn staff who are responsible for the development, <br />planning and conservation of the City ofNorthglenn's water supplies. He has over <br />seventeen years worl<ing in the water engineering field. Mr. Allen will be involved <br />with multiple aspects of the program including but not limited to development and <br />implementation oversight. <br /> <br />Traffic Control <br />Traffic Control will be handled by Northglenn law enforcement personnel. <br /> <br />Administrative Staff and laborers <br />Various city employees will process paperworl<, bacl<ground checl<s and disposal of <br />old toilets. <br /> <br />3. These are stored at Standley Lal<e.
