POSTMORTEM ON FORECASTS <br />: <br />Oct-Dec 2007: my September WATF <br />forecast worked out over most of AZ and <br />southeast CO (DRY!), while the wet <br />forecast for southern UT verified over our <br />mountains instead. The historic storms of <br />early December played havoc with all <br />forecasts in southern AZ. <br />
