Consent Agenda Item l.e <br />Case No. 4-07CW155: Application of LeValley Ranch <br />Application Summary <br />This is an application for a change of water rights for the LeValley Ranch located approximately 10 <br />miles southeast of Gunnison. The Applicant seeks to change the points of diversion for a number of <br />ditches, and to di`~ert water at alternate points of diversion for two additional ditches. The <br />Application states that no changes in the amount of water rights are proposed and that the same land <br />will be irrigated under this proposed change of water rights. <br />CWCB Appropriation <br />The CWCB holds the following instream flow water right that could be injured by this application: <br />CWCB Stream/Lake Amount Approp. Watershed County <br />Case No. (cfs) Date <br />4-84CW375 Cochetopa Creek 8.5 5/4/84 Tomichi <br />Creek Saguache & Gunnison <br />Potential for Injury <br />The Applicant's proposed change of use and alternate points of di~~ersion may result in an <br />expansion of use that could injure the Board's instream flow water right on Cochetopa Creek. <br />Other Objectors <br />No other Statements of Oppositions were filed to this application. <br />
