As you may know, Bill Porter was killed in .a tragic accident on the Porter Ranch on <br />June 8, 2006. Tne estate involves a number of complex issues, including valuation and allocation <br />issues. Bill was the moving force behind the reservoir and ranch. operations and the family's sudden <br />loss of his energy and expertise has required a transition in the operations which has been difficult in- <br />many ways, including it's impact on cash flow.
