Construction Fund
Unreserved Cash Funds
Unreserved cash in the Construction Fund at the beginning of the state fiscal year is
based on the end of period financial information provided to us by the DNR Accounting Section
and summarized by Clifton Gunderson, LLP in the Year Ending Financial Statement
Compilation Report.
Revenue -Annual Estimate
Total cash revenue to the CWCB Construction Fund is based on several sources of
income including interest on loans, Mineral Lease Fund distributions, money from lease
agreements, interest from cash invested by the State Treasurer, and occasional General Fund
transfers if applicable.
CWCB Operatin6 Fund (Estimated)
Senate Bill 07-239, also known as the 2007 "Long Bill", appropriated a total
administration and special purpose budget for the Board of approximately $6 million. 100% of
the Board's budgeted operating expenses are appropriated from the CWCB Construction Fund.
