1 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
2 SEeTION 1. 23-31-310 (9), Colorado Revised Statutes, is
3 amended to read:
4 23-31-310. Forest restoration - pilot program - definitions -
5 technical advisory panel- repeal. (9) Repeal. This section is repealed,
6 effective July 1, z.ee8- 2012. Prior to such repeal, the technical advisory

8 SEeTION 2. Repeal. 2-3-1203 (3) (u) (IV), Colorado Revised
9 Statutes, is repealed as follows:
10 2-3-1203. Sunset review of advisory committees. (3) The
11 following dates are the dates for which the statutory authorization for the
12 designated advisory committees is scheduled for repeal:
13 (u) July 1, 2008:
14 (IV) The technical advisory panel cleated in section 23-30-311,
15 C.R.S.,
16 SEeTION 3. 2-3-1203 (3) (y), Colorado Revised Statutes, is
17 amended BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW SUBPARAGRAPH to read:
18 2-3-1203. Sunset review of advisory committees. (3) The
19 following dates are the dates for which the statutory authorization for the
20 designated advisory committees is scheduled for repeal:
21 (y) July 1,2012:
22 (III) THE TECHNICAL ADVISORY PANEL CREATED IN SECTION
23 23-31-310, C.R.S.
24 SECTION 4. Safety clause. The general assembly hereby finds,
25 determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate
