A Special Executive Session of the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) was
held at 1313 Shel-man Street, Room 721, Denver, Colorado 80203, at 12:45 p.m., Tuesday,
November 20, 2007. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tra`~is Smith. Ten voting
members were present at the call to order so a quorum was present (at least six required). Board
members present on this date were Travis Smith, Don Schwindt, Keith Catlin, John Redifer,
Harold Miskel, Barbara Biggs, Geoff Blakeslee, Carl Trick, Eric Wilkinson, Harris Shel-man and
John Stu1p (non-voting). Also present was Casey Shpa11 (Deputy Attorney General).
Executive Session Item Interviews with Applicants for Position of CWCB Director
Action: A motion was made by Geoff Blakeslee and seconded by Harold Miskel to
go into Executi`~e Session. The motion was appro`~ed unanimously (10-0).
The Board conducted interviews for the position of CWCB Director in Executive
Session at the request of the applicants pursuant to C.R.S. section 24-6-402(3)(b)(I).
