Stream and Lake Protection Section Proposed tei7ns and conditions, Jackson County 2008 <br />New Appropriations -The Board will he asked to approve terms and conditions negotiated <br />by Staff and the Jackson County Water Conservancy District. If approved, Staff will <br />request the Board to declare its intent to appropriate instr•eam flow water rights on Indian <br />Creek, South Fork Big Creek, and North Fork North Platte River, with the condition that <br />these terms and conditions will he included in the applications and decrees for these new <br />appropriations. (9:25 9:55) <br />FREAK 9:55 - 10:10 a.m. <br />17. Stream and Lake Protection Section Injury with Mitigation Case No. 3-99CW34; <br />Application of Charles E. Nearburg-- Pursuant to ISF Rule 8i.(3), the Board will be asked <br />to conduct a preliminary review of the proposed pre-trial resolution of this case to <br />determine whether the natural environment of Trout Creek and Shallow Creek could he <br />preserved to a reasonable degree with the proposed injury or interference if the applicant <br />provides the proposed mitigation. This is the first of two required meetings for the Board to <br />approve an Injury with Mitigation proposal. (10:10 10:40) <br />18. Intrastate Water Management & Development Section -Water Supply Reserve Account <br />Grant Applications (10:40 11:40) <br />19. Water Supply Protection Section CWCB Litigation Account (11:40 11:55) <br />a.
