If the applicant and Basin Roundtable <br />~tiish to pursue the project, staffrecommendsthat they re-examine the amount of <br />money- requested from the Basin and State~~-ide Accounts (mii of basin, statewide <br />and local match), eiplore a revision/ulcrease in their loan, and/or look to additional <br />shareholder participation. The motion was approved unanimously (8-0). <br />Goodman Point Water Association -Goodman Point Water Association Domestic Water <br />Construction Project <br />Tape 4, Track 1 00:00:00 - 00:19:6 <br />Action: A motion was made by Don Schwindt and seconded by Geoff Blakeslee to approve <br />staff recommendation that the Board approve funding of up to $20,000 from the <br />Basin Account, $120,000 in grant money from the Statewide Account, and up to <br />$120,000 in 0% uiterest loan from the State~~-ide fiend to complete the Goodman <br />Point Water Association Domestic Water Construction Project. All products, data <br />and infoi7nation developed as a result of this grant must be provided to the CWCB <br />in hard copy and electronic format as part of the project documentation. Tl>is <br />information will in turn be made «idely available to Basile Roundtables and the <br />general public and will help promote the development of a common technical <br />platform. The motion was approved unanimously (8-0). <br />Mancos Water Conservancy District -Jackson Gulch Borro~~ Pit Studv_ (Jackson Gulch <br />Reseivou- Expansion Project) <br />Tape 4, Track 1 01:19:10 - 01:26:29 <br />Action: A motion ryas made by Don Sch~windt and seconded bv_ Carl Trick to approve staff <br />recommendation that the Board approve frinding up to $20,000 out of the State~~-ide <br />Account to examine the feasibility ofthe construction of the Lake Mancos Dam, <br />Reservoir and Canals (i.e. Borro~y Pit Feasibility Stud-). This recommendation is <br />contingent on resolution of the items in the Issue/Additional Needs section of the <br />Board Notebook (also listed on the CWCB ~yebsite). It should be noted that past <br />costs can not be reimbursed.
