The meeting was called to order by Chair Travis Smith. Nine voting members ~~~ere present at the call to order so a quorum was present (at least sir required). Voting Board members present were Chair Travis Smith• Vice Chair Don Sch~tiindt, John Redifer, Keith Catlin, Harold Mislcel. Carl Trick, Eric Wilkinson, Geoff Blakeslee, and Harris Sherman. Non-voting Ex Officio members present or represented were CWCB Acting Director Dan McAuliffe, Dick Wolfe representing the State Engineer's office, Jim Miller, representing the Colorado Agriculture Commissioner, and Casev Shpall, Deputy Attorney General. First Assistant Attorney General Susan Schneider was also present. Note: While the Board's consideration of agenda items does not always follow the sequence indicated by the agenda numbers, these minutes are listed in agenda item order for easier reference. 1. Revie~~ and Approval of Agenda -September 18-19, 2007 Tape L Track 1 00:00:00 - 00:03:0 Action: A motion was made by ILeith Catlin, and seconded by John Redifer to approve the September 18-19, 2007 Agenda. The motion ~zas approved unanimously (9-0).
