Conclusion <br />As of the date of this memo, it appears sufficient cash will be available to fund the <br />applications shown on the attached list. <br />Notes to the Expense and Revenue Summary <br />Construction Fund <br />Unreserved Cash Funds <br />Unreserved cash in the Construction Fund at the beginning of the state fiscal year is <br />based on the end of period financial information provided to us by the DNR Accounting Section <br />and summarized by Clifton Gunderson, LLP in the Year Ending Financial Statement <br />Compilation Report. <br />Revenue -Annual Estimate <br />Total cash revenue to the CWCB Construction Fund is based on several sources of <br />income including interest on loans, Mineral Lease Fund distributions, money from lease <br />agreements, interest from cash invested by the State Treasurer, and occasional General Fund <br />transfers if applicable. <br />CWCB Operating Fund (Estimated) <br />Senate Bill 07-239, also known as the 2007 "Long Bill", appropriated a total <br />administration and special purpose budget for the Board of approximately $6 million. 100% of <br />the Board's budgeted operating expenses are appropriated from the CWCB Construction Fund. <br />2 <br />
