The focus of the meetings is primarily on a consensus building process to address specific issues with>11 eac11 river basin. This was the fllird of approximately four BRT meetings in the Arkansas River basin from September 2003 through November 2004. SWSI project team members included Rod Kullarich and Rick Brown from the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB), and Paul Bro~nm, Sue Morea, and Kelly DiNatale from Camp Dresser & McKee h1c. (CDM).
