Average Annual Water Demand for Other
<br />Miscellaneous Self-Supplied Water Users
<br />An attempt was made to identify large self-supplied water users throughout
<br />the state. These water users are typically large industrial facilities not
<br />associated with municipal or public water supply systems. Quantifiable
<br />information was only available for large industrial self-supplied water users
<br />located in Jefferson and Pueblo Counties. The current water use level is
<br />assumed constant in future years.
<br />In addition, BBC Research & Consulting provided supplemental information
<br />that permitted separation of mining/golf course water use data by county
<br />from their Yampa Valley Water Demand Study (1998). The aggregate future
<br />water demand for this water use in Moffat and Routt Counties in 2030 was
<br />interpolated from the BBC projected water demand for 2025 and 2045.
<br />Identified miscellaneous self-supplied water demands are summarized in
<br />Table 11 and shown by year in Appendix B. Other self-supplied water users
<br />may exist throughout the state.

<br />Table 11 is a summary of year 2000 and year 2030 estimates of Colorado's
<br />self-supplied water users' water demand. The annual water use data by
<br />county are shown in Appendix B.
