The focus of the meetings is <br />primarily on a consensus building process to address specific issues within each river basin. <br />This was the last of the BRT meetings in the Arkansas River Basin from September 2003 through <br />November 2004. <br />SWSI project team members included Rick Brown from the Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />(CWCB), and Paul Brown, Sue Morea and Kelly DiNatale from Camp Dresser & McKee Inc. <br />(CDM). Paul Brown began the meeting by welcoming the BRT meeting participants.
