The focus of the meetings is <br />primarily on a consensus building process to address specific issues within each river basin. <br />This was the second of approximately four BRT meetings in the Arkansas River basin from <br />September 2003 through November 2004. <br />SWSI project team members including Rod Kuharich and Rick Brown from the Colorado Water <br />Conservation Board (CWCB), and Paul Brown, Sue Morea, Kelly DiNatale, and John Rehring <br />from Camp Dresser & McKee Inc. (CDM), began the meeting by welcoming the BRT meeting <br />participants.
