In partnership with appropriate municipal <br />providers, modem technology could serve to keep more water in the rivers and on the fields <br />while absorbing the inevitable consequences from growth to the State of Colorado. <br /> <br />Recommendations <br /> <br />1. Investigate the willingness of certain parties to participate in a regional approach to a <br />water change case, seeking to capture salvage water for future marketing. <br /> <br />2. Make contact with prominent political and cultural (i.e. newpaper) leaders to garner <br />support. <br /> <br />3. Prepare a preliminary budget for a feasibility study. <br /> <br />4.
