Table 2 shows that the slimmer now recommendation of 3.2 efs is only available ,It least 50% of
the time from May through August 15th. Table 2 also shows that the late summer/fall now
recommendation of 1.5 efs is only available at least 50% of the time from April through October.
Table 2 also shows that the winter now recommendation of 1.0 efs is only available at least 50%
of the time year round.

Precipitation Data
Stair reviewed a local precipitation data set from I site located arollnd the Dyke Creek Dminagc
(sec Precipitation Data in Appendix C). Table 3 shows the watcr year and the percent of average
precipitation recorded at each site.
