Current instream flow shortfalls
need to be given more weight than future demands.

We need to see the impacts on year round instream flow requirements of the
different proposed projects.

A realistic assessment of conservation efforts on future M & I per capita
water usage is important. Conservation measures such as rate structure
changes and technological advances have a large impact on future
projections.

The Colomdo Water Conservation Board should re-establish and sustain
natural flow processes in all rivers. This will protect the local environments
and benefit our communities and our economies.

The SWSI needs to provide alternative methods to keep sufficient water in
our streams and rivers.

J~1r~~~-t:o~~
~ Lv-li 0' brv/li~
(/;;,0 /6)20D4
