All required information for <br />this request was received on February 18, 1998. Using the information submitted and the effective National Flood <br />Insurance Program (NFIP) map, we determined the property described below is not in a Special Flood Hazard Area <br />(SFHA), the area that would be inundated by the flood having a I-percent chance of being equaled or exceeded in any <br />given year (base flood). <br /> <br />Property Description: Lot 15, Block 1, The Meadows Filing No.1, as shown on the Plat recorded in <br />Book 53, Page 30, in the Office of the County Clerk and Recorder, Jefferson <br />County, Colorado <br /> <br />Street Address: 10211 West Ottawa Place <br /> <br />Flooding Source: Dutch Creek <br /> <br />This letter amends the above-referenced NFIP map to remove the property from the SFHA.
