All required information for this request was received <br />on October 6, 1997. Using the information submitted and the effective National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) <br />map, we determined the property described below is not in a Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA), the area that would <br />be inundated by the flood having a I-percent chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year (base flood). <br /> <br />Property Description: Lot 10, Block 6, Country West Amendment No.1, as shown on the Plat recorded <br />as Instrument No. 83042382, in the Office of the Recorder, Jefferson County, <br />Colorado <br /> <br />Street Address: <br /> <br />5382 South Urban Court <br /> <br />Flooding Source: <br /> <br />North Branch Coon Creek <br /> <br />This letter amends the above-referenced NFIP map to remove the property from the SFHA.
