<br />We reviewed a request dated July 1,2003, for reissuance of a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) dated February 10,
<br />1998, for the property described below. Using the effective National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) map, we
<br />determined the property described below is not in a Special Flood Hazard Area (SFHA), the area that would be
<br />inundated by the flood having a I-percent chance of being equaled or exceeded in any given year (base flood). This
<br />propelty was elevated by the placement of fill after the date of the earliest NFIP map showing the area in the SFHA.

<br />Property Description: Lots 1 through 8, Block 1; Lots 1 through 9, 15 through 21, Block 2; Lots 5
<br />through 42, Block 3; Lots 10 through 16,22, 23, and 24, Block 4; Lots 1 through
<br />12, Block 5; Lots 1 through 11, Block 6; Lots 1 through 12, Block 7; Lots 1
<br />through 4, 12 through 19, Block 8; Lots 7,8,21,22, Block 9; Lots 8 through 23,
<br />Block 10; Lots 7, 8, 9, 45 through 49, Block 11; Lots 1 through 7, Block 12;
<br />Wingate South Subdivision, as shown on Plat S24-10..80 recorded as Map No. 37,
<br />in the Office of the Recorder, Jefferson County, Colorado

<br />The February 10 LOMR that revised the NFIP map for the above-referenced community, dated August 5, 1986, has
<br />been superseded. This letter revises the effective NFlP map to remove the property from the SFHA. The property is
<br />now in Zone X (unshaded), an area of minimal flooding outside the SFHA. Flood insurance coverage for the
<br />property may be available under a low-cost policy (see enclosed document).
