All required information for this <br />request was received on September 19, 2001. Using the information submitted and the effective National Flood <br />Insurance Program (NFIP) map, we determined the property described below is not in a Special Flood Hazard Area <br />(SFHA), the area that would be inundated by the flood having a I-percent chance of being equaled or exceeded in any <br />given year (base flood). <br /> <br />Property Description: Parcel A, except the northwest 20 feet, Parcel B, and Parcel C, as described in the <br />Warranty Deed, recorded as Reception No. FI260006, in the Office of the <br />Recorder, Jefferson County, Colorado <br /> <br />Street Address: 12750 West Alameda Parkway <br /> <br />Flooding Source: McIntyre Gulch <br /> <br />This letter amends the above-referenced NFIP map to remove the property from the SFHA. The property is now in <br />Zone C, an area of minimal flooding outside the SFHA. <br /> <br />The enclosed document provides additional information about Letters of Map Amendment.
