First cost of storage. This is the cost assigned to the Authority's <br />right to the storage space in the Project. This cost was developed under the <br />Use of Facilities method of cost allocation based on original Project costs <br />and is summarized in Exhibit B-II. <br /> <br />b. Interest on the unpaid balance. <br />this is the interest on the unpaid balance <br />made in lump sum, there is no amortization <br />on the unpaid balance. <br /> <br />When the Project cost is amortized, <br />(see Exhibit C). When payments are <br />schedule and therefore, no interest <br /> <br />c. Joint-use costs. <br />Project purposes. <br /> <br />The costs of features used for any two or more <br /> <br />d. Annual operation and maintenance (O&M) expense. Annual expenses <br />funded under the O&M, General account. These expenses include the daily <br />Project O&M costs as well as those O&M costs which are not capitalized. <br /> <br />e. Repair, rehabilitation and replacement (RR&R) costs. Costs funded <br />in part under the Operation and Maintenance, General, or Construction, General <br />accounts but not associated with first cost of storage. Such expenditures are <br />for costly, infrequent work and are intended to ensure continued satisfactory <br />operation of the Project. For the purposes of this agreement the term <br />"reconstruction" used in Article 7 shall be included in this definition of <br />repair, rehabilitation and replacement; repayment of those costs shall be the <br />same as described in Article 5b. <br /> <br />f. Fiscal Year. Refers to the Government's fiscal year. <br />begins on 1 October and ends on 30 September. <br /> <br />This year <br /> <br />g. <br /> <br />Life of the Project. <br /> <br />This is the physical life of the Project. <br /> <br />h. District Engineer. Refers to the District Engineer of the Tulsa <br />District of the United States Army Corps of Engineers, or his/her successor or <br />designee. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 15 - Termination of 1963 Agreement.
