David: One more comment on cost of storage issue - reminder at January meeting, Steve Coombs was at that meeting,
Steve told us at that time his intent was to try to get that resolved internally, so that adds some context to this issue. We
have been patiently awaiting what progress on that issue. Then Steve retired officially, then came back to work months
later at a different office. But Steve said he'll be at the meeting, so I wanted to offer that.

Rick: Hope he still has some say

David: I thought he was feeling pretty strongly about it.

Rick: Have we missed the possibility of getting it taken away?

Person Behind David: We don't know what that will be. What was in the senate bill did not get in the conference report.

Rick: Then our desired language didn't get in the report?

Person Behind David: We don't know what our desired language was exactly. Weare not sure how that would affect the
calculations in the corps figures.

Tom: As far as schedule goes, we heard Eric say the contract mod was on the way, we have some EDOD work being done.

Kent(?): We have some people getting 770 process up.

Tom: I see those as seeing two of the critical path items, modeling and EDOD work that would provide the information to
make that preliminary draft whole. Haven't heard anyone from the Corps who said Sept 23 would be the final date.

Betty: Said there would be some hope.

Tom: Anything else on schedule? Project mitigation - we had a subcommittee meeting in August and I owe you a recap
and summary of that meeting, we will be meeting again Sept 20th. Any questions on that?

Rod K: After that meeting, Douglas County approached me, they have a water bank that they have significant resources
already in, they are at this point ready to commit this for mitigation for upstream users in Douglas, some of the benefits that
have accrued that some haven't taken credit for may come back to Douglas. I mentioned type of land development in
Douglas and Arapahoe County, because they are high end developments where you get open space and drainage space,
could generate credits.

Rick: Is that on the list of 38 projects. "wetlands bank"?

Betty: That was a suggestion made by...

Rick: By me.

Betty: You weren't at that meeting. But that suggestion was made, and I am assuming that TT included that in updating
the table.

Rod: I made that suggestion.

John: I called Cheryl Matthews and they were very receptive, planned on having Eric or some of you folks do it. I assume
Cheryl will talk with Brook and coordinate that briefing.

Betty: I'm glad she's getting involved.

Tom: Anything else on Mitigation? To wrap up... so let's see, we have the Sept 20 subcommittee, 23 -25 DC trip, 28th
tentative meet with Corps at TT office, waiting for confirmation, next coordination meeting is Oct 2nd. Progress meeting is
9 am. Will get back to everyone with confirmation on date and time.

Betty: Item lOc - what is date?

Tom: The 28th, and its tentative.

14
